Who: Students at Michigan State University (MSU) College of Arts & Letters who interested in establishing a sole proprietor business or plan to build a professional brand to increase their gig, freelance, or independent contracting work. Must register through MSU.

What: Social Media Master Class designed to help you:

  • Understand basics of branding and be able to apply those to build a coherent business or brand for creatives (artists, performers, composers, designers) online
  • Understand social media platforms and their professional uses
  • Gain easily implementable strategies to increase audience engagement with their business or professional brand
  • Learn how to use social media to convert followers into clients, customers or opportunities
